We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, advising on logistics processes, and developing sustainable solutions.

Key activities include:

- Technical leadership in addressing client problems and inquiries in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), including requirements gathering, error analysis, and solution design.

- Advisory services to internal teams and clients on complex logistics processes in the SAP environment.

- Development and implementation of customized solutions, with oversight of testing and implementation.

- Support interfaces between 2nd and 3rd level support in the logistics area.

- Development of support processes, best practices, and knowledge management.

Requirements:

- Complete education in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related areas.

- Solid experience in SAP support, with a focus on logistics.

- Deep knowledge in SAP EWM and MM modules, as well as other logistics components.

- Analytical profile, with strong problem-solving skills and strategic vision.

- Fluent communication in English, along with a customer-oriented approach.
