Global Mobility Specialist
\
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transfer of employees between countries. This includes managing the assignment lifecycle, providing guidance and support to employees and their families, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external providers.
\
Key Responsibilities:
\- Provide global mobility guidance and support to employees and their families
\- Manage assignment contracts and prepare expatriate salary calculations and cost projections
\- Coordinate relocation and other provider services, and handle related administrative tasks
\- Conduct meetings with assignees to present terms and conditions and provide policy interpretation and guidance
\- Communicate effectively with all involved parties and act as the primary point of contact for issues related to cross-border arrangements
\- Proactively seek process improvement and efficiency opportunities and continuously develop skills in the area of talent attraction and mobility
\- Advise and train on global mobility policy, processes, and procedures
\- Identify tax risks and support in securing compliance requirements in collaboration with our internal tax and compliance specialist
\- Work closely with internal colleagues and external partners at all levels of the organization from different parts of the world
\
Requirements:
\- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent work experience
\- Strong experience working with global mobility within human resources
\- Knowledge of global mobility / human resources processes, including payroll, tax, social security, expatriate compensation, pension, relocation, immigration, insurance, legal requirements, etc.
\- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to explain complex issues in a simple and clear manner
\- Flexibility and ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
\- Strong customer focus with ability to proactively set expectations and build relations across all levels and cultures within the organization
\- Fluent in English and Spanish as a plus
\
