We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an HR Employee Central Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records in Employee Central, generating reports and dashboards, and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain employee data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and deliver high-quality reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Provide expert-level technical support for system integration issues and user errors.
- Support recruitment and hiring processes, including creating job postings and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement digital HR tools and platforms.
- Design and deliver training sessions on HR technologies and platforms.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
