- Direct basic care is delivered to multiple clients, prioritizing their needs and well-being to promote a positive outcome.
- Patient education plans are implemented to empower individuals in managing their health effectively.
- Utilization of problem-solving skills in decision-making enables optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintenance of accurate records and reporting contributes to quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration with medical and nursing leadership ensures seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
- Active CPR certification and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Satisfactory completion of initial and annual clinical competencies is mandatory for this position. A background check, security clearance, and drug screening are also required for employment consideration.
