About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring that our school campus and facilities are well maintained in a manner that allows students to benefit from a state-of-the-art campus and a full range of education.

The Facilities Manager will oversee the operations and maintenance of all plant, equipment, and campus buildings. They will also monitor the maintenance of functional building systems relating to campus utilities, ensuring minimization of disruptions to the running of campus facilities arising from maintenance incidents.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Facilities Manager will manage operations of the Security, Cleaning, and Gardening Team. They will produce periodic utility reports on a timely basis and conduct daily inspections of the property to ensure security of assets. The manager will maintain a log of any preventive maintenance, health, safety, and security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Requirements

We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Facilities Management/Engineering)
  • English proficiency
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and/or property management, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity
