Partner and Channel Sales Director

- Recruit new qualifying partners that meet your business needs.
- Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs, gaps, and requirements.
- Develop training materials and coordinate partner training programs.
- Lead solution development efforts that address end-user needs and provide value.
- Proactively lead a joint partner planning process to develop mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
- Coordinate company involvement to meet partner performance objectives.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Foster excellent communication internally and externally to manage channel conflict and promote collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of indirect sales and channel development experience.
- Track record of results-oriented sales and partner management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the workings of reseller, systems integrator, and consulting ecosystems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
