Job Title: Engineering Support

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our engineering team in building the infrastructure needed for a sustainable future. Our team consists of over 65,000 professionals across five continents, all working towards designing a better planet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop budget spreadsheets, prepare technical presentations and reports, monitor supply processes, support environmental and safety teams with technical analysis, and collaborate with the engineering team.
  • Support projects within the department by performing delegated tasks, learning basic techniques, and contributing to project standardization.
  • Define strategies for services operations to maximize profits, emphasizing client relations and aligning tasks with internal client needs.

Required Skills:
  • Quality control, measurements, material, and labor control.
  • Report preparation, supplier contact, document organization.
  • Safety standards enforcement, personal and collective protective equipment provision.
  • Technical meeting participation with multidisciplinary teams to gather data for projects.
  • Project standardization support, technical documentation organization, and electronic document management platform use.
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Monthly project cost monitoring based on measurements.
  • Project management technical support.
  • Monthly measurement validation according to contractual reports.
Technical Requirements:
  • Knowledge of technical registration systems and georeferencing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Technical expertise in relevant areas.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Organization and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of technical and safety standards.
  • Familiarity with applicable technical standards (ABNT, ISO). Experience with cost composition for public works.
  • Staying updated on technological trends and innovations relevant to the field and department needs.
