Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Implementation Consultant to spearhead the delivery of solutions to our customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the entire implementation project lifecycle.
  • Manage customer and internal project team relationships, ensuring effective communication throughout the project.
  • Lead onsite and remote meetings with customer project teams to gather requirements and configure solutions.
  • Offer innovative solutions to challenges and scope adjustments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and project goals.
  • Contribute to the development and management of change orders, providing estimations and recommendations for navigating scope, budget, and timeline changes.
  • Perform solution testing and coordinate with quality assurance teams for QA testing and customer user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and deliver customer-specific training programs during project implementations.
  • Assist Support teams with resolving customer configuration defects.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical implementation consulting experience in SaaS solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with software and integration configuration, including coding (e.g., XML/HTML).
  • Good understanding of cloud technology principles and service delivery organization targets.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex enterprise-level challenges and deliver innovative, practical solutions.
  • A passion for customer satisfaction, demonstrated through effective relationship management and delivering positive outcomes.
