Solugenix is assisting a bio & life science company in their search for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with expertise in RPA automation.

Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in IT, Communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT as a BSA with at least 5 years of experience working in this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business and technology partners.
  • Good knowledge of large enterprise applications/platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA.
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies (Sprint and Scrum).
  • Self-motivated individual with demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and technologies and work collaboratively in teams.
  • Demonstrated ability in leadership, collaboration, and project management.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define detailed requirements.
  • Create and maintain process design documents, solution design documents, and other BA artifacts.
  • Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, scrum calls, and other project communication forums.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and the RPA development team, communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders.
  • Manage change requests and ensure stakeholder buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define and execute test strategies for QA, UAT, and regression testing phases.
  • Coordinate with business users during UAT and ensure defects are tracked and resolved.
  • Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements and support project delivery needs.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and propose enhancements for existing automations.
  • Provide post go-live support and lead hyper care activities.
  • Oversee resource planning to ensure balanced workload distribution across developers.
