C Space is the leader of Online Communities, with 25 years of experience defining and redefining these communities. As an Associate Director, you will lead client relationships and multidisciplinary teams to deliver breakthrough insights and strategic impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Leadership and Delivery: Immerse in your client's business to bring proactive ideas. Understand client goals and recognize individual roles in achieving those goals. Build strong relationships and be a trusted advisor. In partnership with your teams, create trusted relationships with senior-level clients that drive great work and account growth.
  • Develop High-Performing Teams: Demonstrate and coach your teams in client empathy, client stewardship, and commercial skills. Be the model for delivering high-quality insights and research.
  • Support Business Development: Collaborate on proposals and RFPs to ensure our recommendations reflect client context, business challenges, and industry trends.

About the Role

This full-time position is 100% remote and based in the United States. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver breakthrough insights and strategic impact. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for client leadership, team development, and business support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven leadership experience in market research and consumer insights
  • Strong experience in team leadership, performance management, and talent development
  • Familiarity with qualitative methodologies and survey writing
  • Experience working with clients across various industries

What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary range of $100,000 - $125,000, determined by level of experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, flexible PTO, paid parental leave, and paid sick leave.
