This role involves analyzing and assessing property submissions, preparing quotations, structuring programs, and offering proposals to clients.

You will be contacting clients and brokers directly, building and fostering relationships, and developing strategies to adapt position on current accounts and cross-sell other lines of business in collaboration with sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and a curious nature. They should be able to communicate complex information clearly, work collaboratively with others, and think creatively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in engineering, administration, or economics.
  • At least 5 years of underwriting experience focused on middle accounts is essential.
  • General knowledge of other insurance disciplines, such as contract wording, claims, and risk surveys, is desirable.
