About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth through advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Innovative Data Models: Utilize your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling to create innovative solutions that drive business value.
  • Coding, Debugging, Testing, and Troubleshooting: Perform high-quality coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process, with a focus on agile methodologies.
  • Project Leadership and Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and share your knowledge with colleagues to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, as well as a strong technical background.
  • Proven Experience in Data Science or Similar Role: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data science or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong Analytical, Mathematical, and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau, MS Office, Relational SQL, NoSQL Databases, Project Management Tools (JIRA), and Data Integration Tools: Strong proficiency in these tools and technologies is essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with Agile Frameworks and Service Business Processes: Familiarity with agile frameworks and service business processes is highly desirable.
