">About the Role:
The Regional Market Developer will lead market development and commercial execution for advanced gas turbine and power generation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic commercial opportunities with end-users (power plants, industrial sites, oil & gas).
- Lead business development, negotiations, and customer relationships from initial contact to project handover.
- Build and execute territory business plans; manage pipeline and forecasting.
- Conduct market research and produce actionable insights.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Engineering (Power/Electrical/Mechanical or related).
- Experience in power sector sales, especially gas-fired or distributed power.
- Familiarity with grid-connection procedures and working with utilities.
- Strong negotiation and project management skills.
- Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
