About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific Corporation. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the medical devices industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Industry Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the medical devices industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and product offerings.
    • Provide training and education to sales team members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to effectively sell our products.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
  • Business Management
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth.
    • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies in conjunction with the Country Sales Manager.
    • Manage sales expenses and ensure that sales objectives are met within budget.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Sales Execution
    • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive sales growth and expand market share.
    • Conduct regular sales reviews with the sales team to ensure they are meeting sales targets and to provide coaching and feedback.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications in the medical devices industry.
  • Clinical Excellence
    • Maintain a high level of clinical knowledge and expertise in the medical devices industry.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure that our products meet their needs and expectations.
  • Creative Economic and Value-Added Solutions
    • Develop and implement creative solutions to drive sales growth and expand market share.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications in the medical devices industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health, or related field.
  • Previous experience in medical devices sales and marketing.
  • Previous experience in people management and financial management.
  • Advanced English language skills.
