About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Boston Scientific Corporation. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the medical devices industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Industry Knowledge
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the medical devices industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and product offerings.
- Provide training and education to sales team members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to effectively sell our products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
- Business Management
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth.
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies in conjunction with the Country Sales Manager.
- Manage sales expenses and ensure that sales objectives are met within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Sales Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive sales growth and expand market share.
- Conduct regular sales reviews with the sales team to ensure they are meeting sales targets and to provide coaching and feedback.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications in the medical devices industry.
- Clinical Excellence
- Maintain a high level of clinical knowledge and expertise in the medical devices industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure that our products meet their needs and expectations.
- Creative Economic and Value-Added Solutions
- Develop and implement creative solutions to drive sales growth and expand market share.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications in the medical devices industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health, or related field.
- Previous experience in medical devices sales and marketing.
- Previous experience in people management and financial management.
- Advanced English language skills.
