Job Title: Service Support Associate

The role involves providing timely and professional support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving complaints, answering product-related questions, and processing returns and exchanges efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key skills include effective communication, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
* Process returns and exchanges effectively while meeting quality standards
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet productivity standards and adhere to quality assurance guidelines

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail setting
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
* Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
