We're seeking a Strategic Product Lead, responsible for developing and maintaining our cybersecurity product portfolio.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the development of innovative cybersecurity products, with a focus on building a robust and differentiated portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing market trends and positioning areas within our business.
  • Defining and maintaining our cybersecurity product strategy and portfolio.
  • Crafting selling materials for our sales force, training key account managers, and gathering feedback on market and positioning.
  • Working to establish differentiators and USPs for our proposals.
  • Co-designing go-to-market strategies for each geography.
  • Defining main messages and value propositions for our products, promoting them internally and externally.
  • Defining delivery strategies and RACI for technical areas.
  • Reporting product KPIs like proposals, orders, etc.
  • Defining and tracking specific campaigns, including product launches.
  • Developing external content like blogs, articles, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, product management, presales, or technical IT areas (cybersecurity experience a plus).
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, handle non-hierarchical relationships, and dotted line reportings.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and Portuguese/Spanish (one of the two).
