Cybersecurity Strategy Leader

We seek a visionary leader to shape our cybersecurity strategy and drive revenue growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cybersecurity Strategy & Product Development:
    • Define and execute the cybersecurity strategy for the market.
    • Expand product offerings, identify new opportunities, and contribute to development.
    • Ensure products adapt to evolving threats and market needs.
  • Go-to-Market & Commercialization:
    • Develop tailored go-to-market strategies for the region.
    • Partner with regional sales teams to adapt product positioning, pricing, and distribution.
    • Define and monitor performance metrics to measure product success.
  • Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, data analytics, threat intelligence, and others to support solutions.
    • Support partnership efforts, RFPs, and pilots for cybersecurity solutions.
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead a team of cybersecurity product managers and subject matter experts.
    • Drive collaboration with legal, finance, privacy, global products, etc.
    • Act as a thought leader in cybersecurity, representing the company in industry conferences and forums.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity threats, risk mitigation, and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with security technologies and regulatory requirements across the region.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or SANS as differentiation.
  • Proven experience in product management, commercialization, and go-to-market execution.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into business-friendly solutions.
  • Track record of driving revenue growth through innovative solutions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product portfolios.
  • Strong ability to engage with senior executives, customers, and external partners.
  • Comfortable negotiating business models, partnerships, and licensing agreements.
  • Fluency in English (for Portuguese speakers, Spanish is a differential; for Spanish speakers, Portuguese is a differential).
