Job Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Contracts Associate.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in contract management, customer success, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong attention to detail.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our Sales team by ensuring smooth contract workflows and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate timely onboarding.
  • Support Legal and Compliance departments with translations and communications.
  • Manage contract workflows with the Sales team, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist with KYC, client onboarding, and Due Diligence processes.
  • Provide support on general corporate matters while liaising with other departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (Law, Business, International Relations, or related field preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support, or customer success.
  • Fluent English - Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • IT proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office / Google Workspace).
