About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned operations specialist to join our team and drive growth, traffic, and stickiness of creators on our platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Humor or Emotion type of creators. You will formulate overall operation plans and strategies, analyze consumption data, and guide creators to create and improve content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans to enhance the high value of the platform
- Analyze creators' consumption data to optimize their performance and promote growth
- Maintain creator community and fan relationship operations, including online and offline events
- Summarize daily feedback and information collection to identify priorities and improve creators' satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in relevant field
- Fluent spoken English
- Experience in creator & user maintenance, training and education, or experience in MCN
- Strong communication and business negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a result-oriented consciousness
