Software Engineering Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale software solutions. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for managing project goals, contributing to product strategy, and mentoring engineers to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project goals and contribute to product strategy
- Mentor and coach engineers to achieve exceptional results
- Develop tools and processes to improve software engineering productivity
- Design and implement scalable solutions that meet performance, security, and efficiency requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects from scoping to full production landing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in people management, supervision/team leadership
- Experience in developing software applications using TypeScript
- Experience with type systems, object-oriented programming, and JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with Angular TypeScript, JavaScript, and Data Visualization
- Experience with back-end technologies using Java
- Experience writing front-end tests with a framework
- Experience designing and implementing efficient large-scale distributed systems through the full project life-cycle
- Experience with web services and API ecosystems, or client-server environments
- Passionate about front-end excellence and user experience
