Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Director to lead our technical initiatives and build a strong offshore presence for our Unified Platform initiative.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage your technical expertise to drive the success of our engineering teams in India.
  • Mentor and guide India Decisioning Engineering teams, providing hands-on leadership and support for ESS Decisioning projects.
  • Establish and scale engineering teams across multiple geographies, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Work closely with global and regional engineering and product teams to deliver complex solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Oversee project delivery from start to finish, applying advanced algorithms and engineering methods where necessary.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in engineering, data science, or computer science.
  • At least 15 years of experience in engineering, data science, software development, and architecture.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to build and manage offshore and distributed teams.
  • Necessity to work with AWS cloud infrastructure and tools.
  • Proficiency in Java full stack development (Java, Python, Spark, or C++ is a plus).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience developing complex engineering solutions with advanced algorithms; ability to apply methods to practical problems.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages and Linux/Unix environments.
  • Experience with Agile software development, specifically SAFe.
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate, understand, and interpret data; effective written and verbal communication to technical audiences.
