Engineering Leadership Role

This is an advanced leadership role within our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be managing teams, making daily contacts and interacting with global teams.
This is a challenging position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects and ensuring project targets are achieved.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of new technologies and simulation procedures.
- Managing multiple projects at once and meeting deadlines.
- Evaluating project results against design requirements.
- Implementing guidelines and procedures to achieve engineering efficiencies.
- Preparing technical presentations and analysis reports for internal customers.
- Coodinating and facilitating group meetings.
Required Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for individuals who have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master's degree or 3 years of related experience preferred. Supervisory experience of 1 to 3 years desirable.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong understanding of commercial refrigeration components, theory of operation, and practical application.
- Comprehensive knowledge of positive displacement compressor technology and refrigeration systems.
- Understanding of FEA structural, dynamic, nonlinear, acoustic analysis, and CFD, as well as engineering calculations.
- Knowledge of specifications and standards applied in the commercial refrigeration industry.
- Excellent analytical skills.
