Business Process Manager

The role of Local Business Process Owner entails acting as a liaison between business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions. This includes identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives.
Beyond this, the Business Process Owner makes recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. Researching business requirements and documenting the relationships between components of the application system (end users, business processes, data, applications, and devices) is also an essential part of the job.
Responsibilities include executing demands from the business relating to IT, with a thorough understanding of processes, capturing requisites, desires, and necessities, and clarifying all user doubts. Managing the execution of business demands with a timeline for all stages, organizing information, building flows, and defining the structure of solutions are also key responsibilities. Maintaining involvement of the business in all stages, with communications plans, tests and validations, is crucial.
The successful candidate will keep systems running and provide user support as a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC). They will understand business routines to suggest improvements to reduce costs, reduce lead time, improve quality, etc. Creating and maintaining manuals of systems and processes, including flows, screens, and technical specifications, is also required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or similar.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, ERP SAP, development tools, PowerBI, PowerApps, SharePoint.
- Advanced English is required, with intermediate Spanish being desirable.
