Metabolic Account Leadership Opportunity


Job Purpose and Expectations

We are seeking a Metabolic Account Leader to contribute to regional market development strategy, providing market updates and analysis of the field's reality and specific needs. This role involves expanding awareness of rare diseases and products among hospital practitioners and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to increase sales and reach targets.


Key Responsibilities and Activities
  1. Develop and implement regional market development strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Responsible for sales in their territory, advocating for product inclusion in hospital formularies.
  3. Provide information on company scientific information on rare diseases, orphan drugs environment, and technical/scientific information on RRD products to doctors and pharmacists.
  4. Foster relationships with hospital practitioners and KOLs through regular face-to-face meetings, organize scientific meetings, and attend congresses to promote RRD products.
  5. Maintain weekly activity reports.

Required Education and Background

A business or scientific background education is required, such as an administrator, physician, or pharmacist.


Essential Skills and Experience
  • At least 5 years of pharmaceutical promotion & sales experience, with 3 years' experience in the assigned region.
  • Proven track record working in specialty care, oncology, and/or rare diseases therapeutic area.
  • Network of healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Regional knowledge and understanding of private healthcare market dynamics.

Languages and Communication

Intermediate English is required, with Spanish being an advantage.
