About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Factory Controller to join our team at Siemens Mobility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the economic planning process, managing industrial costs, and ensuring the effective use of resources.

Your primary focus will be on defining industrial costs, including raw materials, auxiliary materials, labor, capacity, and other indirect manufacturing costs for factories, projects, products, and services. You will also be responsible for determining action plans based on managerial reports and performance indicators, comparing them with the operational plan.

In addition, you will oversee the inventory process of stock and fixed assets, identify and promote productivity actions, and approve economic feasibility studies for new investments and/or adjustments to installed capacity.

As a Factory Controller, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the adequate performance of human resources under your responsibility, defining and continuously reassessing the team structure, using appropriate development tools to identify needs and promote actions for performance improvement, training, and employee motivation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degrees in Accounting Science/Business Administration and Economics.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the field is desirable.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • Advanced or fluent Portuguese.

  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation negotiation skills.
