Customer Success Manager

About the Role:

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing strategic supply chain functions and serving as the primary interface with customers. This role involves executing weekly customer-facing service operations, responding to and resolving complaints or problems, maintaining and developing key performance indicators, templates, customer communications, attending customer meetings, process development, and capturing critical business intelligence.
