Senior Business Analyst Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead business analysis efforts, driving solution delivery through requirements analysis, design, and implementation.
- This senior role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to elicit functional and non-functional requirements, identifying innovative solutions that challenge assumptions on how business plans can be executed successfully.
- The selected candidate will participate in defining integration between proposed development projects and existing systems, software, and hardware.
- They will ensure that system and application designs adhere to standards and reflect the architecture appropriately.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience implementing solutions for complex systems supporting business processes.
- Expertise in driving software and technology solutions in large, complex organizations.
- Leadership experience in cross-functional teams and projects driving business improvements.
- Knowledge of industry practices such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, COBIT, ITIL, CMMi.
