Role Summary

We're seeking a Content Strategist to manage our user-generated content (UGC) and influencer partnerships.

This role combines creativity and technical skills, requiring a deep understanding of brand tone and voice.

The ideal candidate will have experience in DTC apparel and proficiency in tools like SARAL, Archive, Notion, Descript, and Airtable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement AI-assisted outreach strategies to identify and engage with high-quality creators.
  • Manage the end-to-end UGC process, from initial outreach to final delivery.
  • Curate and review UGC assets to ensure they align with our brand's tone and aesthetic.
  • Maintain relationships with top-tier creators and influencers.
  • Deliver high-quality UGC asset packs to our marketing teams on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer/UGC operations or brand partnerships in DTC apparel.
  • Proficiency in tools like SARAL, Archive, Notion, Descript, and Airtable.
  • Exceptional taste and judgment in curating UGC that matches our brand's tone.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and workflows.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with GPT-4 and other AI-powered tools.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer databases.
