Financial Planning and Analysis Expertise
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Planning and Reporting Analyst to join our finance function. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and consistent financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting expertise to support business decision-making.
Key Accountabilities:- Create effective financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting solutions for assigned business groups or functions
- Identify key business insights from financial data to enhance strategic decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve finance strategy and operational goals
- Implement efficient tools, models, and reporting to deliver actionable insights and ensure accuracy and transparency
- Provide input on process, data, and technology improvements to drive standardization and simplification of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong related work experience
- Advanced data analytical skills using spreadsheets and business intelligence tools
- Experience with SAP Finance, Tableau, and Power BI preferred
