Senior FP&A Analyst

About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze monthly financial statements to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction.

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.

  • Prepare and coordinate internal and external reports to support business decisions.

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to inform strategic decision-making and drive process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or a related role.

  • Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the SaaS industry.

  • Proficiency in VBA, SQL, and Python programming languages.
