Senior Data Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Architect to lead our data strategy and architecture efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building modern data platforms using the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build scalable data platforms using Microsoft Fabric.
  • Develop efficient pipelines with Azure Data Factory.
  • Optimize data performance using Delta/Parquet, partitioning, and Spark.
  • Model data into easy-to-use structures (star schema, dimensional modeling).
  • Ensure governance and security using Purview, RBAC, ACLs, and related frameworks.
  • Automate deployments using CI/CD for data pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in data engineering/architecture (Principal-level).
  • Deep Microsoft expertise: Fabric, Synapse, OneLake (1+ year).
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Azure Data Factory (2+ years)
  • Delta/Parquet optimization, Spark (5+ years)
  • Dimensional modeling / Star schema (5+ years)
  • Data governance & security (3+ years)
  • CI/CD pipelines for data (2+ years)
