About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced data architect to lead our data strategy and architecture for a high-impact project. You'll be responsible for building, scaling, and securing modern data platforms using Microsoft ecosystem.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex data challenges, enjoys working with cutting-edge tools, and wants to make a direct impact in a fast-moving environment. What You Will Do

  • Design & build data platforms using Microsoft Fabric (Synapse, OneLake, etc.).
  • Develop scalable pipelines with Azure Data Factory.
  • Optimize data performance using Delta/Parquet, partitioning, and Spark.
  • Model data into easy-to-use structures (star schema, dimensional modeling).
  • Ensure governance & security with Purview, RBAC, ACLs, and related frameworks.
  • Automate deployments with CI/CD for data pipelines.

What We Are Looking For

  • 15+ years in data engineering/architecture (Principal-level).
  • Deep Microsoft expertise: Fabric, Synapse, OneLake (1+ year).
  • Hands-on experience:
  • Azure Data Factory (2+ years)
  • Delta/Parquet optimization, Spark (5+ years)
  • Dimensional modeling / Star schema (5+ years)
  • Data governance & security (3+ years)
  • CI/CD pipelines for data (2+ years)
