Full Stack Developer

We're seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge web applications.

Your primary focus will be on developing and enhancing modern web applications, working across both front-end and back-end to ensure quality, performance, and scalability. You'll take the lead in architectural decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

You'll work closely with our design and product teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. Participate in agile processes (e.g., daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and project advancement.

Achieve continuous improvement in development processes, encouraging best practices and standardization across the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance web applications with a strong focus on quality, performance, and scalability.
  • Implement new features and improve existing ones, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with development, design, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Participate in agile processes (e.g., daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and project advancement.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes, encouraging best practices and standardization across the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
  • 2+ years of experience in front-end web/mobile application development (e.g. React, NextJS, CSS, Tailwind). Must have React OR Angular experience.
  • SQL Server familiarity.
  • Knowledge of REST API, and GraphQL.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a full stack development role.
  • A flexible and adaptive approach to adopting new technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of web security best practices to ensure application integrity.
