Software Test Engineer Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality test strategies and implementation, applying critical thinking to products, requirements, and processes. The ideal candidate will have professional test engineering experience, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and implementation.

This role requires the ability to work closely with clients, define test strategies according to each client and business needs, and create and write test plans. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex problems in a simple manner.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer with experience in testing methodologies and implementation. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Professional programming experience, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and implementation.
  • Experience architecting robust automated testing suites across different platforms.
  • Experience using various types of testing tools and frameworks.
  • A strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
  • Growth mindset and commitment to continuously learning new technologies.
