About the Role

We are seeking a Packaging Lead to drive innovation and growth across the LATAM region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful packaging strategies that drive business growth and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the regional packaging strategy, ensuring full alignment with global goals and priorities.
• Lead and manage the regional packaging program, driving innovation, sustainability, and quality initiatives.
• Identify and implement best practices for packaging design and sustainability solutions across the region.
• Foster the career and skills development of the team, ensuring continuous growth and expertise.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role within a leading multinational consumer goods company.
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and regulations in the LATAM region.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish & Portuguese.

Skills Required

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and regions.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others.
• Stakeholder management.
