Job Title: Innovative Packaging Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced packaging expert to lead innovative packaging projects in the LATAM region. As a key member of our team, you will drive competitive and sustainable growth through superior packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional packaging strategies aligned with business priorities and consumer needs.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve business goals, fostering a transparent and creative atmosphere for talent development and synergistic collaboration across countries.
- Partner with marketing, supply chain, and suppliers to create exceptional consumer experiences and explore potential superiority through packaging.
- Analyze new packaging designs and provide feedback on design viability, identifying possible solutions to technical problems.
- Lead and manage packaging programs focusing on innovation, sustainability, and value chain.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in packaging development in consumer goods companies with expertise in various technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Packaging, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills, engaging collaboration, and creativity;
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
