Chief Fraud Detection Officer

We are seeking an experienced Risk Control Analyst to oversee and analyze all user activities, detecting fraudulent behavior and ensuring the integrity of our operations.
This role involves:
- Monitoring and analyzing user's activities to identify potential fraudulent activities;
- Utilizing fraud detection tools and techniques to identify suspicious patterns or behaviors and promptly investigating and escalating any potential fraud incidents;
- Receiving cases related to potential fraud from internal and external teams;
- Deep-dive analysis on potential fraudulent situations to understand behavior and eventual patterns to identify fraudulent activity;
- Creating rules to trigger alerts that will help us identify potential fraudulent situations;
- Monitoring the efficiency of created rules.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration and excellent knowledge of sportsbook & casino products. Additionally, they should possess good verbal and written communication skills in English and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus, as well as experience with SQL and Python.
