About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our data-driven team as a Data/AI Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and supporting data driven solutions using our data and analytics platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, data science, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, experience with vector databases and search algorithms, middleware platforms like Informatica, cloud-based databases like Snowflake, and visualization/reporting tools like Power BI are also essential.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work collaboratively with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop data and AI driven solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Improve Enterprise Data Assets: Develop and enhance data assets that enable the growth of our AI, analytics, reporting, and integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop data and AI driven solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the reliability and accuracy of solutions.
  • Identify Project Risks and Impediments: Identify project risks and impediments, notify management, and proactively work with other members of the team to complete assigned tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python, vector databases, and search algorithms.
  • Experience with middleware platforms like Informatica and cloud-based databases like Snowflake.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
