Job Title: Strategic AI Solutions Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an expert to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions for clients. The selected professional will play a leading role in designing and implementing proprietary applications, combining programming language models with automations and robust data flows.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop advanced AI and machine learning applications using large volumes of data.
  • Design and build platforms based on AI, machine learning, and LLMs.
  • Contribute technically to implementation projects involving third-party tools, including customization when applicable.
  • Create and manage AI agents, including integrations with platforms such as Make, Zapier, and n8n.
  • Implement robust data extraction, processing, and analysis pipelines.
  • Customize and fine-tune language models using techniques such as fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and embeddings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Law, or related field.
  • 3 years of post-graduation professional work experience in startups, law firms, large enterprises, or consulting firms.
  • Fluent or advanced English and Portuguese written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to clients and FTI offices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in developing AI and machine learning-based solutions and advanced proficiency in Python or other compatible programming languages.
  • Proven experience working with APIs from LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, or Hugging Face.
  • Deep knowledge of data science, vectorization, and handling of structured and unstructured data.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms like Make, Zapier, n8n, or custom integrations and practical experience with fine-tuning and/or RAG techniques.
  • Previous experience with data and workflows in the legal sector and contributions to open-source projects or active participation in AI communities.
  • Experience in managing technology innovation projects considering diagnosis, opportunity mapping, testing solutions (POCs), definition of efficiency problems or similar.
