Job Opportunity: Servicenow Developer

We are seeking a talented and proactive individual with expertise in Now Assist AI and Servicenow's AI-driven capabilities to design, develop, and implement solutions using Servicenow.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Servicenow configurations.
  • Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation leveraging Now Assist AI, Flow Designer, and other Servicenow modules.
Key Responsibilities:

Optimize and fine-tune AI models within Servicenow for accuracy, relevance, and performance.

Provide technical guidance on AI/ML best practices within the Servicenow ecosystem.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AI configurations, scripts, and integrations.

Stay up to date with Servicenow AI innovations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow certifications such as: Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist Now Assist AI Specialist (if available)

Experience with additional Servicenow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, SecOps, etc.)

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Develop structures skills and knowledge on architecture, scripting, configuration and integration of Servicenow modules.
