Join Google's People Experience Team as a Global Process Owner Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Global Process Owner Specialist to join our People Experience team at Google. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in advancing our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

About the Role

As a Global Process Owner Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting the service roadmap and overseeing service delivery in line with objectives. You'll design benefit process and program improvements to address business needs, improve efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You'll also develop subject matter expertise on the program, policy, or process aligned to the benefits service area and manage policy/process escalations.

Responsibilities
  • Support the service roadmap and oversee service delivery in line with objectives
  • Design benefit process and program improvements to address business needs, improve efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop subject matter expertise on the program, policy, or process aligned to the benefits service area and manage policy/process escalations
  • Work closely with Googler Experience Operations to develop and maintain resource documentation including process mapping, training materials, and knowledge management
  • Support the GPO lead to maintain service delivery commitments and share user insights back to clients and partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Experience in benefits programs and relevant process (and system) design for program implementation
  • Experience managing projects with multiple players with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region
  • Preferred qualifications: Systems experience of Darwin or Workday
  • Ability for effective client management and influencing skills
  • Strong track record developing and maintaining reliable process documentation
