People Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team at Sporty Group. As a key member of our People & Talent department, you will play a crucial part in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment within Brazil.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Lifecycle Management: Take care of employee onboarding, offboarding, and engagement projects, ensuring seamless transitions and a positive experience for our employees.
- HR Strategy Development: Identify and assess HR needs, developing and implementing strategies to meet those needs and drive business success.
- Employee Reporting and Communication: Manage and share employee reports with the team and stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Hiring Support: Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process and support the growth of our team.
- Employee Relations and Support: Act as a point of contact and support for employees on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive work environment and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the department.
- Employer Branding: Develop and maintain a strong employer brand image for Sporty Group, attracting top talent and promoting our company culture.
- Education: Degree in HR or Psychology is preferred.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a People Operations Specialist, HR Specialist, or HR Generalist.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and regulations.
- Skills: Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting expertise, with excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Other: Strong data management and presentation skills, with a strong understanding of market intelligence and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
