Optimizing Maintenance Processes

As a Junior CMMS Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal maintenance and inventory processes. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a hands-on approach to supporting end-users and maintaining system data integrity.

  1. Deliver hands-on training to end-users on IFS CMMS and related maintenance and inventory processes, ensuring their competence and confidence in utilizing the system.
  2. Monitor CMMS system usage, advocate best practices, and implement efficiencies to protect the integrity and functionality of the system.
  3. Contribute to the evaluation and enhancement of Maintenance & Inventory KPIs, providing insight that drives performance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing necessary input for asset operation plans, ensuring financial prudence.
  • Carrying out additional tasks and responsibilities as required, contributing to the broader goals of the department.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Structural, Mechanical, Marine, or Offshore Engineering, or equivalent education and relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in the offshore maintenance industry, specifically with comparable ERP systems, with preference given to those who have worked with IFS.
  • Experience in strategy optimisation is advantageous, enabling influence on process improvements effectively.
  • Proven experience in working in a global environment, collaborating successfully with diverse teams.
