Description du poste

Ce rôle consiste à diriger l'amélioration continue et la transformation culturelle dans une entreprise. Vous collaborerez avec l'équipe de direction pour développer, accélérer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de transformation LEAN.

Votre principale responsabilité sera de développer la compétence Lean au sein de l'entreprise, de maintenir la feuille de route Lean, de préparer les revues mensuelles d'exploitation et de diriger l'amélioration des processus de projets.

Compétences requises
  • Diriger l'équipe pour exécuter la stratégie LEAN
  • Promouvoir les standards élevés et incarner les comportements Lean
  • Animer la communauté des leaders Lean
