Cloud Renewal Specialist

In the cloud renewals center, our people and culture are central to success. Cloud renewal specialists drive growth through strategic negotiation and account management.

Job Description

The cloud renewal specialist is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts, developing strategies, and executing end-to-end renewal execution through partnerships with internal teams.

This role requires strong commercial negotiation skills, ability to interface with customers on SAP's behalf, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the renewals process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing account strategies and implementation plans for renewal customers.
  • Maintaining a close working relationship with regional business teams and customer-facing personnel.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and driving incremental revenue.
  • Providing renewal forecasting support and ensuring accurate values and contract dates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

3-5 years of experience in renewal and/or account management, complex customer engagements, and commercial experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a bachelor's degree or equivalent comparable experience.
