Job Overview

The Cloud Renewal Executive plays a pivotal role in the daily management of assigned Cloud Renewals customer accounts. This position involves overall responsibility for developing and implementing account strategies and implementation plans to increase revenue retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Develop and implement account strategies and implementation plans for renewal customers, driving toward mutually beneficial and successful outcomes.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and drive incremental revenue through improved renewal rates, inclusive of cross or upsell and potential restructures of the contract.
  • Act as an intermediary between Deals Desk, Legal, and other internal SAP Support teams for those accounts within their portfolio.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in:
    • Renewals and/or Account management
    • Managing complex customer engagements
    • Commercial experience, including developing account management plans and contract negotiation

Competencies

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
