Job Summary:

About the Role:

This role involves managing client portfolios, developing and implementing strategies to improve performance, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the team in implementing changes. You will also be responsible for managing services execution, portfolio management, and monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to customer success and revenue growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proven track record in account management and client portfolio management is essential, as is a solid network in the music industry. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with Spanish and French as a plus.
