Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented professional to manage the activation of our portfolio in Latin America. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive marketing agenda alignment and implementation, as well as providing market input for innovation projects.
About the Role:
- Manage bottler alignment on marketing priorities and strategies
- Develop regional market development plans to ensure successful project implementation
- Provide market input for OU- and market-level innovation projects
- Support local media buying and brand activation at the local level
- Support customer & shopper marketing agenda and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 7+ years of marketing and leadership experience
- Business, commercial and financial acumen
- Cross-functional and cross-geographical team experience preferred
- Ability to provide franchise unit-level input on marketing plans and other key elements of broader OU strategy
- Ability to develop relationships with key bottlers and ensure alignment and buy-in on marketing agenda
- Ability to support negotiations and alignment with key stakeholders
