Technical Support Specialist Job Overview
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated IT professional to provide technical support for clinical applications. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving IT tickets related to business applications, understanding the business functionality of supported systems, and collaborating with functional areas to align business processes with technology.
Main Responsibilities:- Resolve IT tickets in a timely and effective manner.
- Analyze business requirements and implement solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues.
- Provide technical assistance to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working with diverse groups. You should have a strong background in IT support and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
