Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the success of the team.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technology stack, including Elixir, Postgres, and AWS.
- Ensure the team is working efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with company goals.
- A competitive salary range of $71,700 - $161,250, depending on location and experience.
